The Clark County Public Works Department is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Traffic Systems Technician Supervisor position. This position supervises a team of Traffic Systems Technicians and oversees the maintenance of existing traffic signals, school flashers, activation of new signals, and other related duties. T his is an open and continuous recruitment, scheduling dates will vary depending on when the application was received and reviewed by Human Resources.
Education and Experience: Equivalent to graduation from high school and successful completion of an Electronics Technician or Technologist Diploma or Electrical Training Program, and five (5) years of skilled full-time experience in the maintenance and repair of electronic and electrical equipment, including one (1) year of full-time lead or supervisory experience.

Must possess a valid Nevada Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) at time of appointment and maintain during occupancy of position. Must obtain valid IMSA Level III certification within twelve (12) months from date of hire and maintain during occupancy of position. This position requires valid crane operator's certification through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) within twenty-four (24) months from date of hire and maintain during occupancy of position.
