Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Traffic Supervisor for our Fredericksburg, PA distribution center. You will supervise hourly traffic staff, dispatch trucks, and coordinate deliveries with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in transportation, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook. Offered benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive programs.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics/transportation or related emphasis preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in the transportation industry required.
• Strong communication skills and proficient PC skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain DOT files and records on all drivers.
• Process and maintain drivers' payroll files.
• Audit daily logs and on-time deliveries.
• Provide positive daily communication with customers.
• Handle after-hours communications with drivers.
• Plan work assignments and equipment allocations.
• Dispatch personnel and vehicles for emergencies.
• Ensure safety of department and loss prevention.
• Lead, support and coach Traffic Department team.
