• Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum, Learning & Development or related field.
• 4-8 years of curriculum development experience, retail industry experience a plus.
• Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development processes.
• Virtual training content development experience.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills.
• Knowledgeable in assessment practices including performance-based assessment, job-embedded assessment, e-Learning assessment theory and formative/summative assessment theory.
• Participatory and distributed leadership style across stakeholder groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications with retailers, vendor partners, field staff, and Corporate.

• Ensure curriculum assessment practices are varied and reflect current industry best practices.

They will consult and create behavioral-based curriculum with stakeholders throughout the organization with key areas of support including Merchandising, Store Systems and Operations and Business to Business.As part of the retail training team the ***Curriculum Developer*** will design and create curriculum in various modalities that aligns across the Ace organization and results in learning objectives that drive high performance, continuous development and support our retailers in delivering the Ace Helpful Promise.The ***Curriculum Developer*** will define learning objectives, design comprehensive training solutions, identify gaps, evaluate and maintain curriculum.
