Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Traffic Signal Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair street lighting and traffic signal equipment, including high-mast lighting. The role covers field work across Georgia, operating bucket trucks and related gear while supporting projects with precise reporting.

A valid driver’s license is required; must be able to obtain a CDL within 120 days. This is a full-time hourly position with overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read blueprints/plans and construct as per plans (L2-L3).
• Able to direct and oversee Traffic Signal Laborers (L2-L3).
• Able to operate various equipment to install signal items (Bucket Truck, Digger Derrick/Boom Trk, etc) (L2-L3).
• Willing to obtain Class A or B CDL within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assists with the installation, maintenance and repair of street lighting and traffic signal equipment.
• Provide daily report of operations, material needs and issues to the General Foreperson.
