Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Foreman for Traffic Signal and Lighting to lead a crew in delivering safe and high-quality electrical construction work. The role emphasizes planning, supervision, and training while ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

The Foreman will oversee projects involving traffic signals and roadway lighting, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Proficiency with reading plans for traffic signals, roadway lighting, and roadway signs.
• Willing to travel.
• Class A CDL.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed in the safest manner possible.
• Plan and supervise all work assigned to the crew.
• Coach and train crew members in the proper methods of performing the work.
• Maintain the proper care of assigned Elliot equipment and tools.
• Assume responsibility for the safety, quality, and professionalism of the crew.
• Perform other duties as directed or required.
