The Davis H. Elliot Company is seeking a Traffic Control Foreman to lead and oversee traffic control crews on critical utility and infrastructure projects. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations while developing employees and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in traffic control, utility construction, or related field operations preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support Traffic Control crews across multiple job sites.
• Ensure all traffic control operations comply with company policies, customer requirements, and MUTCD regulations.
• Conduct field inspections and audits to verify safety performance and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deployment of traffic control personnel and equipment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve safety and performance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure safe, professional service.
