A leading traffic management company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Protector to assist in traffic safety operations. This role involves setting up cones and signs, guiding traffic, and ensuring safety compliance at job sites. No prior experience or degree is necessary as training will be provided. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able to work outside in various weather conditions. This position offers an hourly pay of $15.50–$16.25, paid training, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for long periods outdoors.
• Willing to work in traffic and variable weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades for traffic control.
• Guide traffic using stop/slow paddles.
• Ensure safety compliance at job sites.
