All State Flagging, LLC seeks a Traffic Safety Flagger to manage traffic in work zones and protect workers and pedestrians. You will use hand signals and stop/slow paddles, coordinating with crews and drivers for smooth flow and safety.

Candidates should be 18+ with a valid license, first aid/CPR certification, and experience or training in flagging. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus; outdoor work in varying weather is expected.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain first aid/CPR certification.
• Experience or training in flagging and traffic control is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and outdoor safety awareness are essential.
• Knowledge of road construction safety regulations is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Direct traffic and ensure safety of workers and pedestrians in work zones.
• Use hand signals and stop/slow paddles; deploy cones, barricades, and signs as needed.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and construction personnel to maintain flow and safety.
