Garver is seeking a Traffic Analysis Engineer for our Oklahoma City, OK office. The role requires 4–8 years of traffic experience, strong communication skills, and PE license eligibility within six months of hire.

You will analyze and design DOT and municipal projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient traffic solutions. You will perform traffic/safety studies, run simulations, develop access plans and signal timing, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• 4–8 years of experience on traffic-specific projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Working knowledge of Highway Capacity Manual and Trip Generation Manual.
• Experience with capacity analysis, traffic projections, and safety analysis.

Responsabilités

• Performing traffic and safety studies.
• Conducting traffic simulation and level-of-service analyses.
• Developing access management plans and lane configurations.
• Developing traffic signal timing plans.
• Preparing summaries, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and communicating concepts to clients.
• Mentoring less experienced staff and supporting project management.
