Ansco & Associates, LLC is hiring a Flagger to manage traffic flow at active worksites, using hand signals and paddles to keep the public safe. You will prepare flags, cones, signs and follow DOT guidelines.

The role requires being 18+, valid driver's license, and prior flagging experience is preferred. We offer weekly pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license with a clean record; no provisional licenses.
• Previous flagging experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under foreman or supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
