LaborMAX Staffing in Orlando is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to manage vehicle and pedestrian flow around construction and road maintenance sites, ensuring safety for workers and the public through clear signaling.

You will set up and remove traffic control signs, communicate with motorists using signals, and coordinate with fellow flaggers to keep traffic moving smoothly. Flexible shifts and safety training are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and control movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at or near construction sites.
• Use signs, hand signals, and flags to communicate with motorists.
• Set up and remove traffic control signs and devices at the beginning and end of the day.
• Coordinate with other flaggers and team members to ensure traffic flows smoothly and safely.
• Stay alert and maintain a safe environment for yourself, your team, and the public.
• Report any issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
