• Establish and grow market presence in area through marketing and business development.
• Manage department budget and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead production of proposals and serve as a technical resource to project managers and staff.
• Establish staffing needs and interview/hire section staff.
• Perform performance reviews and provide leadership and coaching.
