Job summary

Keystone Consulting Engineers, Inc. is hiring a Traffic Engineer to join the Allentown team. The role covers municipal and private transportation projects, including traffic studies, signal design, signing, and timing, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

You will collaborate with a seasoned team, contribute to safety improvements, and support project delivery from field investigations to documentation and meetings with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Three or more years of relevant traffic/transportation engineering experience.
• EIT certification preferred; PE license in PA or ability to obtain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic impact studies, safety and capacity analyses for municipal/private projects.
• Prepare plans, reports, and technical documentation for highway/traffic projects.
• Evaluate signals, signing, markings, speed limits, and sight distance.
• Develop signal timing plans and warrants; perform field investigations.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and clients; attend meetings.
