Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Understanding of traffic engineering and planning principles.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; work well independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Traffic Access and Traffic Impact Studies per standards.
• Design and draft 2D and 3D traffic plans.
• Develop traffic signal, signage, and pavement marking plans.
• Create MOT and traffic control phasing plans.
• Perform signal optimization and timing studies.
• Analyze transportation systems and traffic conditions.
• Support project schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams, clients, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Apply federal, state, and local standards and regs.
• Participate in field reviews and site visits as needed.
