GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Traffic Engineer – in-Training to join their Transportation & Infrastructure Business Unit. Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, particularly traffic design and analysis.
• Successful completion of the FE examination and current EIT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advisory or consulting work across broad project areas.
• Assess practices to achieve sustainable performance of complex engineering projects.

Skills

Knowledge and experience with PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission

Transportation design including traffic design analysis and roadway design

Proficient in Synchro and/or HCS software

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledgeable in MicroStation

Education

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering
