Job summary

LAZ Parking Georgia, LLC is seeking a Traffic Director to greet and guide customers and manage vehicle flow at the Forth Hotel in Atlanta, GA. This part-time role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work with flexibility across shifts.

The position offers a pay rate of $15.00/hour with a potential referral bonus and access to Payactiv for daily pay options. Prior parking experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and guide customer vehicles efficiently.
• Greet customers by name and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers entering the facility and direct traffic flow.
• Maintain premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Work with or without supervision.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Part-Time - Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm OR Friday & Saturday 3pm-11pm
• $100 Referral Bonus as long as they stay with us for 90 days!

Principal Job Duties:

• Effectively and efficient direct traffic and customer vehicles
• Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Assist customers into the facility, provide a gracious sense of arrival, and help direct traffic.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Must work with or without supervision.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
