Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering/multi-modal analysis.
• EIT registration or working toward EIT registration required.
• Experience with traffic operational software (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM) and CAD software (MicroStation).
• GIS and travel-demand forecasting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform transportation analyses for multimodal projects using a variety of tools.
• Assist with traffic design elements including signals, timing, signing, and lighting.
• Support MOT planning, safety analyses, and corridor studies.
• Utilize large datasets to support model-building for transportation analysis.
• Contribute to proposal development for traffic-engineering pursuits.
