Job summary

Nexstar Media's CW Network/Syndication Traffic Group is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to organize information from advertisers, agencies and internal teams. You will manage daily logs, input detailed copy, and serve as a backup to other traffic coordinators, ensuring accurate delivery within deadlines.

You will collaborate with sales, production and traffic staff, handle multiple tasks under pressure, keep the commercial library updated, and maintain copy instructions while meeting daily

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic or scheduling operations preferred.
• Ability to interpret and input detailed copy and instructions.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, interpret and input detailed commercial copy based on agency instructions and flight dates.
• Collaborate with sales and assistants on questions regarding commercials and copy rotations.
• Maintain commercial copy instructions/files and manage materials in digital systems.
• Keep the commercial library and its inventory up to date.
• Assist with daily log editing and finalizing within log deadlines.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

If you're looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic organization, the CW Network/Syndication Traffic Group is the place for you! As a Traffic Coordinator, you will organize information from advertisers, agencies, as well as our sales and production departments. You will perform assigned Traffic duties needed to complete the daily commercial and program station logs, while also serving as a backup to our other Traffic Coordinators for the CW Network.

Responsibilities

• To receive, interpret and input highly detailed commercial copy based on agency instructions, flight dates, rotations and multiple revisions within log deadlines
• To work with sales and sales assistants (both internally and on the agency side) in a professional manner answering questions regarding commercials and copy rotations
• To maintain commercial copy instructions/files
• To manage and work with digital systems to receive commercial materials
• To maintain the commercial library and its inventory
• To assist with daily log editing and finalizing within log deadlines
• To be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and independently as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Television/Radio/Advertising Traffic experience preferred
