Job summary

Traffic Management LLC is seeking a Flagger / Traffic Controller to ensure safety in work zones and keep traffic moving. You will set up and maintain safe zones and perform two‑way flagging to protect crews and the public.

No experience is required—start immediately. The role is outdoors with variable hours, including nights and weekends, and offers weekly pay, benefits, and sign‑on opportunities. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 2 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work with no fixed schedule and variable hours, including nights/weekends when on-call.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a drug test that includes THC testing.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 6–12 hours per day.
• Strong safety coordination and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform two‑way flagging using stop/slow paddles.
• Control traffic flow to protect workers and the public.
• Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment.
• Complete reports and related duties as needed.
