Wright of NC is seeking a Traffic Controller for Burlington, NC. This full-time role requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training, with a starting pay of $14.50 per hour. The position involves coordinating traffic safety near construction sites and creating safe work zones.

Candidates must be 18+ and have a smartphone for timekeeping. Duties include setting up zones, flagging, paperwork, and adhering to Wright safety policies in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Must complete basic traffic safety training provided by Wright.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a smartphone for timekeeping.
• Able to work in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones with signs and cones.
• Flagging duties at job sites.
• Load/unload equipment from the company vehicle.
• Complete paperwork before leaving the last job site.
• Wear PPE per Wright policy.
• Report safety concerns or vehicle issues to management.
• Follow Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
