Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access for timekeeping and communication.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates.
• Pass a drug screen prior to employment and maintain a drug free status.
• Be able to stand throughout your shift; hand and arm movement is required.
• The position does not allow for frequent breaks.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Be physically capable of performing all flagging duties.
• Have reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones including warning signs and cones.
• Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE per Wright policy.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean and safe; report safety concerns.
• Review start time and job site address as provided by the office.
• Read Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
• Reports to a Field Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
