Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to oversee traffic control for road and highway construction projects in the field. You will set up and maintain temporary traffic control devices, monitor road repairs, and supervise teams installing equipment to ensure safety and compliance with MUTCD guidelines and FMCSA regulations.

The role requires DOT-related duties, a current TCS certificate, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related discipline.
• Traffic Control Supervision: 2 years’ experience.
• ATSSA or CCA TCS certification required.
• Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations including FMCSA rules.
• Supervise/assist TCT/laborer/driver in traffic control responsibilities.
• Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Drive MOT and TMA vehicles to protect workers and work zones.
• Set up traffic cones, signs, and traffic safety devices in work areas.
• Monitor the work zone for safety and efficiency and communicate with crews.
