Maxsim Traffic Logistics in Acampo, CA is seeking a Full Time Traffic Control Lead to oversee flagging operations, read traffic control plans, and guide a team to keep construction sites safe and efficient. This onsite role offers a competitive hourly pay and opportunities to mentor flaggers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Typical day includes leading daily briefings, coordinating methods, training new flaggers, and managing on-site traffic flow.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and leadership ability for directing a flagging crew.
Ability to read and interpret traffic control plans and field layouts.
Experience with STOP/Slow paddle signaling and hand signals.
Must be adaptable and able to work nights/weekends when required.
Must be able to lift and carry equipment and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

Oversee the implementation of flagging operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
Coordinate traffic control methods and guide team members on-site.
Lead daily briefings and set clear objectives for the crew.
Train new flaggers and maintain safe driving records and lifting capability.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and accurate plan reading on site.
