Job summary

Maxsim Traffic Logistics is seeking a Traffic Control Lead in Acampo, CA. This onsite role involves directing flagging operations with STOP/Slow signals to ensure safety and efficiency on construction sites. You will lead a skilled team, read traffic control plans, and coordinate daily activities.

The position requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to lift and carry equipment for long periods. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri with some nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with team and construction personnel.
• Ability to read traffic control plans and implement flagging methodology.
• Demonstrated leadership to train flaggers and ensure safety protocols.
