Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones. You will supervise teams, drive MOT and TMA vehicles, and ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

The role supports the Buda, TX area and surrounding communities. A valid driver's license, ATSSA TCS training, and the ability to travel statewide are required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check including motor vehicle records.
• Must have 2+ years of traffic control experience and 4,000 field hours.
• Must complete ATSSA TCS intermediate training and comply with DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Drive MOT and TMA vehicles to and from projects and work sites to protect workers and zones.
• Place traffic control devices, signs, cones, and message boards as required.
• Monitor work zones and ensure proper deployment of traffic control plans.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and follow safety rules.
