Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking Traffic control laborers for North and South Texas construction projects. Laborers will support the project and crew with various tasks, including traffic control and site maintenance.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction or related roles.
• Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Able to follow instructions
• Provide support to the skilled trades
• Hand digging / trenching
• Pour concrete
• Place asphalt
• Set forms
• Traffic control
• Place erosion control devices
• General site cleanup and maintenance
• Follow safety policies & procedures
• Work hours adjusted to meet project needs; days, nights and weekends
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
• Other duties as assigned
