Role Overview: As a Foreman Flagger at Ansco, you will ensure safe travel in active worksite areas by assisting with traffic control and flagging duties.

Responsibilities:

• Control traffic at complex worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Assist with general construction tasks under supervision
• Train other flaggers as needed
• Drive safely following company policies
• Adhere to local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver's license with a clean record
• At least one year of flagging experience

Physical & Environmental Demands:

• Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting between 10-55 pounds
