Job Overview

We are hiring for the 2026 season! Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska. Our service area includes central Nebraska to the panhandle, eastern Colorado and Rapid City, SD. CSI provides traffic control services, roadway and airport pavement marking, pavement marking removals, temporary barrier rail, temporary signals, message boards and other smart zone equipment. CSI is a fast‑growing company looking for employees that are ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Directs traffic through construction zones using hand signaling devices such as STOP/SLOW paddles to ensure the safety of both workers and motorists. Flaggers protect project personnel and provide safe, courteous, and authoritative directions to traffic seeking passage through a work zone.
