Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an entry-level traffic control worker to support site safety at job sites in Leesport, PA. No prior experience or degree required; training is provided. You will set up cones and signs, direct traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license.
Able to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 lbs for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
Pass pre-hire screening including drug test.
Flexible, punctual, and respectful toward coworkers and the public.

Responsibilities

Set up and dismantle traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades).
Direct traffic with a stop/slow paddle and monitor site activity.
Follow safety protocols learned during training.
Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, with shifts including nights, weekends, or emergencies.
Stand or walk 8–12 hours per shift.
