AWP Safety is seeking motivated individuals to join as Traffic Control Flaggers. This entry-level role suits those who enjoy outdoor work and a dynamic daily scene, without a college degree.

As a Flagger in traffic control, you establish safe work zones, coordinate with team, manage traffic with stop/slow paddles, and deliver excellent service to clients. Training includes ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Flagger certification required.
• 6+ months experience in traffic control.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug test.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
