You will establish and maintain safe work zones, coordinate with teammates to protect all workers, and manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles to keep communities moving safely.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand 8–12 hours per day and lift 50–60 lbs.
• Willing to work in varied weather and traffic conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety of all.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients.
