Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking personnel to guide traffic using stop/slow paddles and to monitor site activity. The role requires standing or walking for extended periods, working outdoors, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Training will cover safety protocols, communication with the crew, and vehicle/equipment safety: Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and endure various weather and traffic conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Stand/walk for long durations and lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity.
• Following all safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
