Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Warren, OH seeks an entry-level traffic control helper to work with a crew at job sites, setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades, and guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles. You will communicate with teammates and follow safety protocols in various weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather.
• Flexible with schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and adherence to safety rules.
• Respectful behavior towards coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Setup and removal of traffic control devices.
• Guiding traffic safely using paddles.
• Monitoring site activity and ensuring safety compliance.
• Assisting with equipment maintenance.
