Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Flagger to ensure safe travel in active worksites by assisting with traffic control duties. You will prepare flags, cones, signs and markers, and perform general construction tasks under supervision.

This role requires attention to safety and adherence to DOT guidelines. Ideal candidates are at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., with a HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record; flagging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
