Job Description

• Role: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:
• · Setting up and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• · Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• · Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• · Providing exceptional service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• · Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• · Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• · Experience driving is preferred.
• · Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the role.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $15.00 to $15.75/hour, with guaranteed increases within the first year, overtime opportunities, and potential pay raises based on experience.
