This is a general labor position starting at $14.00/hour with opportunities for promotion, on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain PPE as per Wright policies.
• Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
• Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts, with hand and arm movement.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
