Salary

$21.00 – $25.00 per hour

$2,500 limited time sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with contractors on site
• Conduct daily traffic plans
• Set up and tear down work zone equipment
• Perform flagging operations
• Ensure personal safety and safety of contractors, co‑workers, and the general public
• Follow training and uphold safety protocols
• Remain aware and vigilant of surroundings to spot safety hazards
• Work under pressure and react to potential danger in an urgent manner
• Communicate clearly and professionally with contractors, co‑workers, and the general public
• Submit required paperwork to proper channels

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to travel to meet point
• Ability to stay in overnight lodging for weeks at a time (company provides accommodations)
• Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours, walk long distances, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
