Role Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure everyone's safety.
• Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to our clients.
• Receiving continuous training and support to advance from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Experience driving preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug testing.
