Job Details:

Position Overview:

We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned. No experience is necessary for this entry-level position, which starts at $18.00/hour. Safety is our priority. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Safely drive the company vehicle to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright policies.
6. Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movements required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
