Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Driving experience.
• Passing pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.

Additional Information

• Pay: $15.00 - $15.75/hour, with overtime and pay increases within the first year.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement to roles like Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager.
• Paid training including ATSSA certification and defensive driving.
