Join us as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on time earned! No experience necessary for this entry-level position. Starting pay is $18/hour with a $500/month retention bonus for up to 6 months for all new hires in good standing. Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
• Drive the company vehicle safely to and from job sites.
• Complete all paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright policies.
• Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
• Report to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movement required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
