Job description

Join to apply for the Traffic Control Flagger role at Wright.

This is an entry-level position with no experience necessary, starting at $14.00/hourly. We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on time earned.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
• Complete paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policy.
• Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
• Report to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand for entire shift, with hand and arm movement.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
