Miller Pipeline is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to safely guide traffic through work zones. The role requires standing for long periods, outdoor work in varying weather, and potential overtime. You will discuss routing, place signs, and direct traffic using signals to protect workers and drivers.
Strong teamwork and a valid DOT medical or ability to obtain one are required, along with a clean driving record and willingness to travel within the area.

Discuss traffic routing plans, and type and location of control points with superior.
Distribute traffic control signs and markers along the site in designated patterns.
Direct movement of traffic through the site, using sign, hand, and flag signals.
Warn construction workers when approaching vehicles fail to heed signals to prevent accidents and injury to workers.
Inform drivers of detour routes through construction sites.
Give hand markers to the last driver in line up of one-way traffic for Flagger at opposite end of site, signaling clearance for reverse flow of traffic.
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Clean driving record and a DOT physical or ability to obtain one upon employment
Travel frequently within the area for work assignments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
