Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure everyone's safety.
• Managing traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

• Competitive Pay: $16.65 to $17.65/hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities and a guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Rapid Advancement: Opportunities to advance to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth potential to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
• Comprehensive Training: Paid, on-the-job training including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing professional development.
