Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

Additional Information

• Pay Range: $16.65 to $17.65/hour, with overtime and potential pay increases within the first year.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement to roles like Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager.
• Paid training, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing development.
• Benefits include PTO, holidays, sick time (where applicable), EAP, Daily Pay, health insurance, and 401k options.
