Job Description

Role Description: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.
• Participating in ongoing training and support to advance your career from entry-level to long-term roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Experience driving is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Hourly pay based on experience, with guaranteed increases within the first year. $16.25-$17.00/hour
• Rapid Advancement: Opportunities to progress to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
