This is a general labor role that earns up to $40,000 per year. Safety is prioritized the WRIGHT WAY! Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE in accordance with Wright-specific policies.
6. Read and understand the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication to receive work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift; hand and arm movements are required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
