SpiveyServices in Virginia seeks a Traffic Control Supervisor to safely set up, maintain, and takedown work zones in line with VWAPM and client specs. You will supervise a field crew, coordinate readiness, keep timely reports, and ensure safety for workers and the traveling public.
You will drive non-CDL trucks as needed, communicate with contractors, and train team members to uphold high standards. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and emergencies.

AsaTrafficControlSupervisor,youwillberesponsibleforthesafeandeffectivesetup,maintenance,andtakedownofworkzonesinaccordancewiththeVirginiaWorkAreaProtectionManual(VWAPM)andclientspecifications.Youwillsuperviseacrewinthefield,coordinatejobreadiness,maintainaccuratereports,andensuretheworkzoneprotectsbothworkersandthetravelingpublic.
