TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking a Traffic Control Estimator to develop estimates, proposals, and project budgets using field experience and operational knowledge, ensuring profitable execution. The role supports bid activities through reviewing plans and calculating costs, with coordination across operations and customers.

The position emphasizes accurate documentation, reporting, and use of estimating software, while contributing to startup activities and project handoff to set up

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills applicable to field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements.
• Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Coordinate with operations and field personnel.
• Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Support project handoff and startup activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.
