TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking a Traffic Control Estimator to develop estimates, proposals, and budgets for traffic control projects. You will leverage field experience to support profitable execution and coordinate with operations and customers.

The role requires 3+ years in traffic control, including supervisory experience, and ATSSA Supervisor certification. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to read control plans are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.

• Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Coordinate with operations and field personnel.
• Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Support project handoff and startup activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.
• Analyze project profitability and cost trends.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
